The hotel's location is great, with easy access to a main road leading to the city center, and we enjoyed our stay in a double room with air conditioning for 2 nights.

The staff here were really nice and took care of all my concerns 🌟. the restaurant served amazing food for breakfast and lunch; I couldn't get enough of the delicious meals. the beds were super comfy, slept like a baby here.

the location is great and amazing, not too far away from banglamphu. 25 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near khao san road. the rooms are clean and fairly quiet with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. the cost is usd 860.

The staff was extremely friendly and amiable - we would stay here again. The hotel's location was perfect, near Khao San Road with a shopping mall and a night market within walking distance. In the restaurant they served Thai cuisine dishes.

We had a wonderful stay at a new guest house near popular attractions like Khaosan Road. the location was great, with easy access to water taxis and cafes. the room was clean and exactly as described on the website. the staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. the security measures in the evening made us feel safe. Mam's House Khaosan was affordable and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely visit again when we want to stay near Khaosan Road. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 👍.

Mam's House Khaosan is a conveniently located budget hotel. the staff, including Mam, Jerome, and the entire team, were amazing. the rooms were basic but clean and recently refurbished. the restaurant associated with the property offered delicious food at reasonable prices. the hotel is also near the night market, pubs, and the Giant Ibis Transport office, making it easy to explore the area and catch buses. Mam's House Khaosan offers excellent value for money. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👌.
